Inspector of schools

An Inspector of Education in Uasin Gishu County is responsible for overseeing the quality of education in schools, ensuring compliance with national policies, and supporting school improvement. Th key roles included:
1. School Supervision – Conducting regular inspections to assess teaching standards, curriculum implementation, and overall school management.

2. Teacher Evaluation – Monitoring teacher performance, providing feedback, and recommending professional development programs.

3. Policy Implementation – Ensuring schools adhere to Ministry of Education policies, regulations, and guidelines.

4. Quality Assurance – Assessing student performance, learning outcomes, and recommending strategies for improvement.
5. Curriculum Support – Guiding schools in curriculum delivery and helping address educational challenges.

Child caregiver

As a child caregiver in a special school ,supported children with special needs by providing care, supervision, and assistance tailored to their unique requirements. My roles include:
1. Personal Care – Assisting with feeding, toileting, hygiene, and mobility for children with physical disabilities or developmental delays.

2. Emotional Support – Providing a nurturing environment to help children feel safe, valued, and encouraged in their learning journey.

3. Educational Assistance – Supporting teachers by reinforcing lessons, helping children with assignments, and using specialized teaching strategies.
