About me
With 10 years of teaching experience, a graduate school background in biological science, and a PGDE in Education, I possess a deep understanding of integrated subjects and expertise in designing engaging lesson plans and assessments. My familiarity with Cambridge standards and experience as a Primary Checkpoint Educator has further enhanced my teaching skills.
I am passionate about inclusive learning, personalized approaches, and extracurricular activities. I have successfully taught students from diverse backgrounds, including Lebanese, Indian, and other foreign national learners, leveraging my TEFL expertise. I have also headed various clubs, including STEM, Jet, Numeracy, and Drama, and coordinated activities like Maths Clinic, Jet Club, and Assembly.
As a consultant, I have collaborated with schools to design curricula and learning strategies, honing my expertise in personalized learning. My approach centers around student-centered learning, promoting autonomy, and celebrating individuality. I am also a certified Special Needs Educator and have experience with game-based learning, video editing, and creating educational resources.
I am eager to bring my expertise and passion to a dynamic school community, working collaboratively to inspire a love for science, numeracy, literacy, and learning in all students. My unique blend of experience, qualifications, and TEFL expertise makes me an ideal candidate for this role.
